My wife and I knew what we wanted but Craig was very upfront in setting expectations with us on what our budget could afford. We were very appreciative of his honesty and integrity of of finding a cabin that we could fit in our budget and still enjoy. Living in the Twin Cities it is difficult to look for properties, Craig helped to make that easy for us and his knowledge and understanding of the area was a great value.

Alexandria has been my home since the age of two when 3M transferred my dad to their plant in Alexandria. After graduating from Alexandria's Jefferson Senior High School ('87), I traveled east on I-94 to St. Paul and the University of St. Thomas for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing ('92) which landed me at Carlson Marketing Group (now Aima Inc.) and Dain Rauscher (now RBC Wealth Management).

Craig is the most responsive real estate professional I have ever encountered. His extensive history of lake properties in the Douglas County area easily sets him apart from other real estate agents/brokers. When evaluating properties he provided solid facts and items to consider and allowed us to make decisions on what mattered most to us vs clouding our decisions with his opinions. Truly and educator in the process which will lead greater buying satisfaction. We would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the Douglas County area (especially for lakeshore) contact Craig first!

Craig did a terrific job us in our lake home purchase. He understands the market; home values; and area lakes in terms of quality, market value, etc very well. He could always be counted on for timely and accurate information. He patiently walked us through the entire process.

We listed our home with Craig last April, 2012, Craig is amazing when it comes to getting your listing "out there" for everyone in the world to see! He had a beautiful video made of the property and home and we have been very happy with the showings. Although we have not sold, it is definitely not Craig's fault, as he has worked very hard to get that done. Would recommend Craig Mische as a TOP realtor, friendly and professional and he always stays in contact with you! Great guy to know, whether you are selling or buying.

We had our home listed with another agent for almost a year prior to listing with Craig. During that time we did not receive one offer with very little communication, we felt as though the other agent was too busy to pay attention to the details that we needed in order to sell the home quickly.
