Attorney Kerstetter's office was very flexible in order to accommodate our hours of availability and utilized great communication methods, such as emails, to keep us updated regarding our closing. Attorney Kerstetter's office worked well with our bank and the closing went smoothly and quickly. We recommend their office to others and intend to use them again to deal with some of our other properties.

This attorney took on a client for a frivolous lawsuit against my business. Kerstetter asked our attorney's "how big the pot of gold was" at our shop. The client quit communicating with him, so he quit showing up for hearings and filings. All the while our attorneys continued on with the case costing us thousands. Eventually he got himself dismissed from the case. Case was eventually dismissed but still cost us over $10,000. We asked for sanctions to recoup our attorney fees. Of course the judge wouldn't hear it. If you want to file a frivolous lawsuit and cost someone thousands
