Dr. Aaron is a native of Washington State and has been a chiropractor for more 30 years. He graduated from the University of Western States and was licensed as a chiropractor in Washington State in 1990. He practiced in the Greater Seattle area for 10 years and he has now been serving patients here in SW Washington for the past 20 years.
Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Core Chiropractic emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
At Core Chiropractic, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different chiropractic services we offer in our offices. We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Core Chiropractic our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

First let me say the employees at the front desk were friendly. Second, the 2 doctors are personable, and the 1 massage therapist wasn’t worth the money. Finally, the practice offers 1 X-ray room, 2 exam rooms if I recall, and 3 (only 2 in use due to covid) adjustment tables in an open room concept, with optional massage for an additional cost.
Having said all of that, this place has several challenges:
1) APPOINTMENTS
a) An appointment time is scheduled in blocks and numerous (up to 6) patients can be scheduled during

Now, this is the first place where I actually had a chiropractor go over the x-rays with me and explain exactly what he'd do, why and how. These guys are professional and thorough, the staff is friendly and patient and they make all the efforts to give proper attention to each and every person who walks in. They also have massage here and the lady is strong and knows what she's doing. The reviews are positive for a good reason. Super recommended.

I had a low back emergency, due to years of wear and tear. I couldn't move my low back at the slightest and was in agonizing pain. I couldn't sit or stand for any extended period of time either. After not even a full month hear I've had near complete reduction of pain and mobility restoration. The staff here are absolutely phenomenal and contribute a great atmosphere. I'd recommend this place to anyone that needs the care.

From the moment I walk in the door I am made to feel like a VIP. The friendly, super smiley front desk staff greets me by name as if we've known each other for years. When they ask "how are you?" they really want to know!

Core Chiropractic did a amazing job of working with my busy schedule. The staff is outstanding! Also Dr. Aaron helped me tremendously with my back. I went in with an emergency and he saw we that day. I started going on a regular schedule and he got me feeling a ton better . Would definitely be recommend Core Chiropractic to family and friends.

Love Core Chiropractic! Everyone at the office is so friendly and Dr. Aaron and Dr. Joey are awesome when it comes to adjustments! Definitely recommend trying if you've never gone or had an adjustment before. It's awesome walking in and everyone knows your name and everyone is just in general so friendly. Dr. Aaron is very knowledgeable as well and really takes his time with his patients

I was referred to Core Chiropractic by a few friends and family members. I was experiencing chronic head aches, migraines and bladder issues that previously drs have been unable to help me with so I just put up with it the best I could. My back has been in pain from a roll over accident in 2014, Iv seen chiropractors before but gained little relief… or information on what exactly was causing my pain. I bought the new client special, not really expecting much, however I was excited to get my spine and neck checked out after a hellish pregnancy that resulted in me having to go to physical therapy for months.
The first appointment was great, the personnel was friendly and I got a great deal on X-rays. I was… excited to come in today to get an adjustment.
I was left to sit and do nothing for almost 20 minutes as the team tried to figure out problems with their computer system. No problem, it happens. The doctor outlined my spine from the X-rays that

Core Chiropractic is unbelievably friendly and efficient. The staff know everyone by name and always have a smile on their face. Dr. Gillespie is so helpful. He does a great job at explaining what is taking place and what to do to prevent it from reoccurring. I was in a car accident in the middle of the summer and a few months later Dr. Aaron was able to get my back, neck, legs back to normal. I highly recommend them to others and the staff is AMAZING. They definitely make you feel at home. They sincerely care for you and your health. The masseuse and the Dr. is very knowledgeable. I love how I feel so great every time I leave the office :) Just as we take care of our teeth every day, we must take care of our spinal back and muscles for a healthy lifestyle.
