SO SO GOOD! It is so hard to find an upright, honest and downright good auto repair service in the cities. Here it is! We have used them for many years and for several vehicles. They have always been great communicators, giving us all the options and advice that is needed to make a good decision. Never pushy. We have taken 3 different cars to Auto Pros over a 15 year period. Are they perfect? Of course not, no one is perfect. However, I would not take any vehicle of mine anywhere else because - they are professional and I have complete trust in Gary and his crew! Auto Pros in Chaska is the best in the business! Honest opinions, honest prices.
The front desk guys, and the mechanics, treat everyone like they are real people! They don't talk down to you and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need (they don't run out with an air filter every time I get my oil changed). They tell me when something is going to need to be done, but they also tell me how long I can get by in my vehicle's current condition (they'll tell me my brakes are getting worn, but I should be able to get by for two more oil changes).

I've been bringing my car to Auto Pros of Chaska for about a year, now. These guys are honest and don't charge an arm and a leg when it comes to repairs. Their staff is always friendly and they are knowledgeable in answering any other questions I may have.
I recently bought a Honda CRV and wanted a second inspection check on it. These guys thoroughly inspected everything on my car and didn't try to sell me any parts. Best part of all, they were able to squeeze me in that same day for an appointment that took about an hour and a half!

I ordered some winter tires from a large online tire seller, and had them shipped to Auto Pros to have them put on for me. They got me an appt to have them put on in a timely manner, and when I got there at my scheduled appt time, they got my car in immediately and tires put on extremely quick. Which for anyone who is busy, is a very important thing! I'm used to sitting at the dealer and wondering why my car is still sitting in the same spot it was an hour ago, when I show up for my appts.

Was not happy with my experience. Brought my car to have brakes checked and repaired. Not only were they way over priced, they were too pushy on me getting more work done then I expressed, multiple times over, I wanted to be done. Being that I was referred by the owner's son, I thought I would be treated with more respect. The other son of the owner was very disrespectful, raised his voice at me and had a nasty attitude. While I do appreciate all of the detailed information I was given, there is no excuse for the way I was treated. I will never return and would never refer anyone.

We bought an oil change package coupon when we were living in Chaska thinking it was this great deal. Unfortunately this guy nickels & dimes you for every little thing he can.
I had my husband's SUV serviced there, just for an oil change, and the owner kept me there forever, adding things he wanted me to get done right then and there. He ended up changing the light bulb in the front blinker, and the windshield wipers, after forcing me to allow them to do it. Both of those I could have easily done myself, for much cheaper, but he wouldn't hear of it. After all of that, they didn&apos

Really quality experience. Got my car in quick, fixed it within a day, were even apologetic about how much it cost, super congenial guys!!!, plus they gave me great advice regarding my jeep. I don't know them much yet but I really trust them already. I will be going back.
