Awesome design staff. We kind of didn't know where to start when it came to adding an addition to our home and remodeling our dated master bathroom, but the design team at NVS did a stellar job finding us the look we wanted and within our budget. From figuring out where we could save money and put that money towards other things like upgraded cabinetry, I'm not sure how we could have done it without Dawn Parker. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!"

NVS did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. The entire kitchen was demolished and they built a beautiful kitchen that I will forever enjoy. The entire crew was professional, experienced, responsible and trustworthy. They stuck to there dates of the project and showed up everyday for work on time.

My grandmother got her kitchen redone about 2 years ago and went with NVS Kitchen and Bath. It could have been hectic after she added remodeling all her bathrooms at the same time, but they did a really great job keeping the job site organized and clean.
The end results have been great. We've thoroughly enjoyed the remodel every Christmas and Thanksgiving for 2 years now. You really don't know how much difference a remodel is going to make until you get a chance to enjoy the remodel, sitting down, eating dinner, and enjoying being able to actually *see* your food (lighting is oh so important)

I am a contractor here in Northern Va area and I have worked with may designers and interior decorators over the years. It has been my experience that if the parts are not ordered by a firm that has an eye for detail and an ear for the customers vision then the contractor installing the kitchen is bound to have headache after headache during the execution of the project.
Having said that I recently worked with Dawn and NVS on a job for a homeowner which came to me as a referral. Now referral customers are a truly dear commodity to a contractor because we have, not only the original customer referring

I bought cabinets from NVS a little over three years ago. I had one that was not working properly but couldn't find my paperwork. I went into the Falls Church showroom and told them my problem. The very next day, a wonderful man was at my door to fix the drawer. He saw a crack and said they would order a new box and he would call the office. Not even 30 min after he left, the office called me to tell me they would order the drawer box! I have worked with many contractors, but never one as responsive as this. I am seeing the former reviews and wondering if NVS learned from that or changed

NVS did a wonderful job for us. We remodeled the kitchen, master bath, powder room and fireplace. Everyone was so kind and patient with us. Remodeling is a difficult process, but Glen and his crew were always very sweet. Richard is an amazing craftsman. The cabinets he made are gorgeous. He takes pride in his work, and checked with us as he went along to be sure we were happy with what he was planning to do. Alison and Kris came up with excellent designs and found ways to make things easier for me to reach (I am short). They listened to our needs and created cabinets for us to store towels inside

Very disappointed with this company. We contracted with NVS because we thought they had a good reputation but they did a terrible job. We had two full baths and a powder room remodeled. This was a 4-6 week job that was never completed. When we complained about their workmanship and products NVS fixed a few things and then refused to correct other problems. The workmanship is very poor quality and the products supplied are also poor quality. Vanity tops and cabinets are chipped and scratched; bath tub scratched; rust from improperly installed grab bars; towel racks pulling loose from the wall; improperly
