We booked them for my daughter's wedding reception May 2021. Not only were they great to work with (prompt and considerate), the pizza was fantastic and a huge hit. We had many guests comment on how great the food was and how much they enjoyed it. The vintage truck with the visible wood fired oven is also classic. I highly recommend them for your event or catering needs

Forge often comes to my workplace and I finally decided to give them a shot. I tried some of the Margherita Pizza and the Pepperoni Pizza. Out of the two, I definitely preferred the Margherita. I preferred the Margherita because of the cheese on top and those pieces of basil! It was soooooo good! The pepperoni pizza was just a classic pizza, but still good--just a bit greasy. The time it takes to get the pizza can vary a lot. Sometimes you'll get it right away, sometimes you'll be waiting for 10 minutes. Be careful when you get a pizza right out of the over--I burnt the top of my mouth

Wow! These guys were awesome. We used them for a company party on Friday 07/12, and were very impressed with the professionalism and the taste! John was super easy to work with, and he kept those pizza's coming. My staff loved the food, and we were all really pleased with the outcome. The only things I'd have changed would have been to have them there earlier than the start time to have pizza's ready, and they had forgotten some of the Gluten Free dough. BUT THEY OFFER GLUTEN FREE. Which is amazing. They went and picked up the gluten free dough which definitely took longer for those waiting for

Pizza tasted good but the reason I'm giving two stars is because of presentation . Pizza slices were not even slices. Two were really big, two medium, two small. The lady who took our order I asked if one pizza would be good for two people.... ha yeah no it will not. Third thing is they did not even cut through the slice all the way so when I tried to grab a slice I took the whole pizza... their excuse when I went back to ask them was "oh our pizza cutter is dull"....... sorry? get a new pizza cutter??? Push a little harder??? Sharpen them???

Forge was parked at a Millcreek summer event in the park, and it was amazing to have brick-oven pizza served right out of a truck for a picnic alfresco. Simple but so delicious - no complicated menu or multiple sizes, just pick a pizza out of the four choices and grab a drink if you want. It came out in 15 minutes or so and was totally worth the wait.
Their Red Queen pizza (red sauce, parmesan, fresh mozz, basil, olive oil) was one of the best I've ever had, with perfectly flavorful dough and crispy-but-chewy crusts. They nailed the amount of sauce and cheese so you could taste all the flavors

We had Forge Pizzeria cater our company Christmas party last year and our employees loved it! We usually go to a restaurant, but we did it at a clubhouse where we weren't in a hurry, and the pizzas were brought in to us buffet style and it made it less stressful and more enjoyable for everyone (especially the boss). Not to mention the pizzas are incredibly delicious. Best crust I've tasted this side of the Mississippi!

There ARE not enough wood-fired pizza food trucks, and there CANNOT be enough wood-fired pizza food trucks.
I came across Neapolitan pizzeria Forge at a Sugar House event .... had an excellent "New Yorker" pizza with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, grated Parmesan, "garlic-infused" olive oil and whole milk ricotta all on tomato sauce. It was crispy and flavorful, and unlike any pizza I've had here in Utah. YUM!!
Unfortunately for me, they seem to spend a lot more time in the south part of the valley, but I can't wait to try more!
They also have a Nutella
