WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.
They repeatedly misplaced the signed forms I sent them, changed my case handler several times without informing me ahead of time, and then became COMPLETELY unresponsive to emails and calls for weeks before suddenly closing my file.
80% of what I paid for was never handled.
I could have done better on my own.

I had a $4.5M tax bill due to an error the IRS made. It took a year and half to solve it due to the IRS being really slow. Michael and Andre were very professional and got all the information I needed to solve the issue and make sure everything was fixed. At the end of the day, the IRS owed me $7. Thanks for all the help!

I was mislead and over promised what these services would be able to provide before signing a contract obligating me to pay regardless of outcome. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what I got and wish I had not used this firm.
I am very disappointed and upset. I don't appreciate being told that my experience and opinions are inaccurate or exaggerated by the firm.

Just do not have the time to give all details of this so called online Law Firm. Bottom line, gave them the Power of Attorney and they did NOTHING. At first decent communication. But individual I was dealing with no longer worked there and nobody told me !! ( Red Flag ) things went south from there. I was told X and Y happened. I ended calling IRS when it should have been J David Tax doing what I paid up front for them to do! They did take my money real quick though. My advice do your home work. Avoid this so called law firm at all cost. ( only 3 reviews on Google ? Not good )

Midstream, they changed Tax lawyer's on us as the original attorney assigned to us left their firm. The new attorney that they assigned assured us that he'd be in touch within a week, only it took him over two-weeks to get in touch with us. He arranged a one-hour telephone call with us, which was even worse, seeing as all he wanted to do was "argue" with us that he needed our 2016 return, which had been turned in once, on April 15, 2017 at the post office before midnight. Then the IRS claimed that they never received it; (informed us of that in 2020) so I sent it to them certified

My husband hired a man by the name of Jesse and it's now been going on 2 years and he has had excuse after excuse for not helping us resolve our tax issues. He said the IRS was closed during Covid and that was not true. They have different means to getting in touch with the IRS then the rest of us. I am now in touch with another tax attorney in our area and he said there are unfortunately too many people like this. They take you thousands of dollars and don't do a thing. Do NOT go to this firm! I had to select something otherwise I would not be able to post this. THEY DO NOT DESERVE

All they want is your money to even start looking into the help you need, we needed there help on a sales tax lien which was no help, we even made the first payment for them to start helping us they couldn't get my account unfrozen, you never want to deal with the IRS of FL Department of Revenue if you get a letter don't pay someone else to do it just make the call and they will work with you and take those awful penalties off and start making payments to who you owe. I personally gave it to my CPA and it was handled with no extra cost.
