Ernie Tyler is the founding partner of TSS. Ernie specializes in automobile dealerships, wholesale distribution, and tax and estate planning. He is the coordinator of the Firm's auto practice and executive committee. Ernie earned a Bachelor degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Jay joined the firm in 1988 and is one of the three founding partners of TSS.

We've moved across 5 states, 2 countries so is familiar with multiple tax services. Ms. Virginia McGrody is the WORST CPA we have ever worked with- never returning emails, not understanding her the regulations, needing multiple corrections because she just copied the previous tax year; we had to file extension, only to being told that they are unstaffed and cannot help complete the filing. We just signed off, not fully finished, but just finish dealing with her. Will not use this firm again.
