THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT SCAMMED ME WHEN THEY WERE PREVIOUSLY GEEKS MOBILE USA, WHICH I AM ASSUING WAS A BIG SCAM AND THEY GOT CAUGHT SO THEY ARE DOING IT UNDER A NEW NAME. FUNNY THING IS THE REVIEWS WERE ALL WRITTEN ROUGHLY A YEAR AGO, WITH RESPONSES FROM THE "CEO" (ILYA, CANNOT FORGET THAT NAME) AND HE DID THE SAME THING WITH "GEEKS MOBILE" (I THOUGHT I CALLED GEEK SQUAD). I had a terrible experience with this company and just filed a complaint with the Boston BBB. I live in Texas and called their 1-888 number thinking they were in Texas as the address for their company was in my home city and they were operating under the name of Geeks Mobile. I made an appointment for them to come out and service my desktop and no one showed up at the agreed upon time, nor did anyone call to say what had happened. I hired All IT Supported when my wife's laptop died with no backup for her dissertation. Ilya Elbert from All IT Supported showed up in a couple of hours to save the day. He was courteous and professional. Ilya explained to us the procedure for recovering data from hard drive, gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to back up all data in half the time!!!
