I have worked at It's A Small World Daycare as their toddler teacher.
The daycare is safe, full of exciting things for the children to do and they are well loved. The director as well as the owner are on top of things. They have a tremendous staff that goes beyond the call of duty starting with the infant room all the way up to after school care. Each teacher is screen, background check and given a trial test. The owner and director do their best to meet everyones need. BUT THE KIDS ALWAYS COME FIRST. There is no perfect daycare but I believe that you should really give It's A Small World a try

We are a two-gen family of It’s A Small World! Our three children attended the center, and then a preschool grandson. It is a wonderful, family-friendly environment where children are well-supported, have fun, and learn through play. The director and staff are dedicated to children’s growth and care.

Amazing daycare Center. I started with Patti as a child and now my 6 children attend this daycare. Patti and the staff have been very accommodating over the years with my behaviorally challenged child. They are the most amazing staff and so patient and caring. They did everything in their power to work with us through a difficult time of evaluations and diagnoses to make sure my child had a place at the daycare. I would recommend this daycare to anyone in a heart beat.

I know the owner of this daycare and trust her dedication to the children, her knowledge of excellent educational practices, as well as her warmth and kindness toward her students and employees. I’ve been taking my daughters there since 1986 and now my grandchild is attending.
I have always had positive experiences through the years. Miss Angela and the other employees have always been kind and very helpful to me! The kids loved it!! I feel confident that my children/grandchild go to the daycare. Thank you Patti and staff!!!

My daughter started at the age of 2 and without hesitation, my son started at 6 weeks. They were always well cared for. My children both excel in school with high honors and I am sure that was because daycare and preschool contributed to their learnings. I am honored to recommend Patti and Angela to any person looking to enroll their children there. Very flexible with welcoming smiles each morning.

My daughter (now 8) started going here when she was about 3 years old. My daughter has always been very timid and shy, leaving her with anyone (especially strangers) has been difficult. The teachers there were wonderful with her! Particularly Miss Lynn, Miss Julie, Mrs Julie and Mrs Angela. I felt comfortable leaving her there and confident that she was being taken care of by people who cared. When we left last year, no longer needing before or after school care, it was with sadness.

I started working at IASW May of 1998, during my first year of college. During my college years I would pick up as many hours as I could before school and after school. It was a great learning experience for me! Through the last 21 years I have worked with every age group at the daycare, including Lead Preschool teacher and Director of the Latch Key program. Since our Patrick Lane location opened in 2009, I have been the Director there. I have taught and worked with many children and families and have such great memories over the past 21 years! Our first experience with It's A Small World was almost 30 years ago. Since then, we have had numerous family members attend. It's A Small World's staff have been wonderful, over the years! Their dedication and motivation has outshined any other early development program that we have experienced. The core values and beliefs that they continue to reinforce have kept us faithful patrons.
