All worked out well. No issues and service reps were helpful. Direct and to the point but nice.
Grass quality looked good. Not an expert on it but looked very thick and full of grass for each pallet. I bought St Augustine grass, about 6 pallets worth and had some in Sunnyvale or Lewisville at the time of order.

Not happy at all with the quality of the sod sold to me. I arranged for a pickup at their Lewisville location. Upon arrival I took a look at the sod and questioned the quality of the pieces, especially when there seem to be much better sod on the next pallet over. The onsite manger confirmed that all pieces on the pallet set aside for me were good quality, they just would have to handled with "extra care".....About 40% of the sod piece were unusable no matter how much extra care was provided.
