Had the door installed through Home Depot, did a nice job. had issues with the opener about a week after install, called and was told it was the eyes, owner came out to make sure it worked despite not having worked on the eyes. Worked fine when he left, then started messing up again. Ordered new eyes and replaced them problem gone. No charge for diagnosis, door is smooth as can be.

Home depot contracts these guys to install their clopay garage door brand. That's right Ingstrup, can't get it up, can't get it down. when their install job causes multiple failures to your door, they may come fix their work once or twice but after that they just quit answering your calls. When you finally have to call another contractor to fix the door, the Contractor says 'why did Ingstrup do it like that?'
