This property management is completely unprofessional. I called to inquire about a property for rent on Leonard Ave, Modesto and was treated very poorly. When asking what I should do as I do not have a rental history, she asked VERY rudely "well why don't you have a rental history?". I understand the question and why it's being asked, but it didn't need to be made in that manor; it was incredibly inappropriate. I explained I don't have a rental history due to living at home and this would be my first place on my own. Little does she know: I was very lucky/fortunate

After applying for a property that I did not know had supposedly already been rented out the day prior to me completing and paying for the app (my app should not have even been accepted) they refused to give me a refund. That money is supposed to be to cover their clerical costs and to pay for the necessary background check etc., so if the house was rented and pulled from your site prior to my app going through that tells me no background check was even done so where’s the money? Sitting in their pockets. I will never rent from here and will continue to spread the word advising others beware
