It's not a good police at all there is no respect and no customer service I was trying to buy my furniture from here and the Google app is showing is open until 8 pm. I was arrived at 6:30 I was trying to check all the sofa from the back and the guy was close the store on me and I forgot my phone on my car the call emergency I don't know why and how the clothes store before the closing time and he saw me I will keep watching everything to figure out which one I want and you are as close as store on me and just leave I was super scared and that's not fair I'm not going to come back again on this

Such an easy furniture buying experience!! I looked online before I came, so I had an idea of what I wanted. The man in front was so helpful and welcoming. Delivery was on time and they put my couch together very quickly. The outside and the neighborhood doesn't look like much, but don't let that fool you.
This was so refreshing after buying a similar sectional at American Freight Furniture where they never delivered my furniture and have been impossible to reach. They need to take some tips from this independent business that is literally killing its competition.

This is our go-to place for furniture. We got an Ashley furniture couch set (3+2 seater) for 2/3rds of the price! And it looks just like the one we saw at the store! Plus, they offer free delivery and installation.
I'd recommend looking up their website for all options since the store has limited pieces on display. It's literally all branded products for a lower price. Enjoy shopping!!

Don't order from here unless you want your time wasted. I was told that everything I wanted was in stock and that it'd be delivered this past Sunday. I waited all day Sunday and never got a call from anyone. I called the number provided in the email I received at almost 2 PM. I believe I spoke to Son. I was told that my items were picked up by the truck driver and that he should have called me for an approximate delivery time. Son said he would call me back after contacting the driver. About an hr later he called and said that he couldn't get ahold of the driver, but would try again on Monday and

Sunny at the Fremont store has been very helpful throughout the furniture process and delivery. The store has many furniture catalogs and can check availability/status pretty fast. They helped me put together and order well priced, stylish, good quality furniture for 3 rooms. The delivery guys were polite and quick in assembling all pieces to my liking. The delivery guys even gave me good tips on mattress choices, box spring options, fabric care, and even style recommendations. I did have to wait a little longer for some items to arrive and I’m still waiting for few more, but given covid-19 times

Delivery was slightly late, but they brought the boxes up the stairs and into my living room for me. They also price matched to a site I found selling the same model, so I got a pretty good deal considering free delivery.
It seemed like the cheaper options on their website were not on display in the store. All the stuff in the store is a lot more expensive, so I ended up buying the model l wanted without being able to see it. I would still recommend going in to be able to negotiate a lower price

My husband and I both love our new living room set. We both fell in love with it. It's very attractive and comfortable which was key for us. The quality is amazing. salesman was a pleasure and the delivery process was very smooth and on time. We took advantage of some amazing specials that Suburban was offering and we feel like we got an amazing set at a great price. Overall SO happy!!!

Placed an online order for delivery. The product was not in stock but they called to let me know and provided an ETA. As soon as the product was in they called and scheduled the delivery. The delivery driver texted me to confirm the delivery date and time. He contacted me 1 hour prior to arrival to provide an ETA. He was 15mins early and did a great job assembling the furniture.

Purchased a sectional sofa (PEEVER SECTIONAL CM6268BR-SET), was easy and straight forward on their website and often have coupons for 20% off. They accept PayPal or you can pay in cash once they deliver. Delivery was free (to San Jose) and quick- I did have to inquire and email them first because non of their confirmations gave an estimated delivery time, but I received a quick response with a delivery date about 4 days after my purchase. They also built the sofa for us for an additional $40 as stated on their website. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

I was communicating with "Sunny Vo" about having a tv stand delivered. We set the delivery for a Wednesday night at 7:00PM. I left my job early to meet the delivery team at my home. An hour and a half after the designated delivery window, Sunny reaches out to me and says he forgot to tell me that the delivery team got caught up in another city and they will not be able to deliver to me at all on Wednesday

A couple months ago my partner and I went here because we had just moved into a new apartment and were looking for a very specific size and color couch, at a price that wouldn't break the bank. We looked around and found one in the show room that was the exact size we were looking for. While the showroom itself isn't great, the sectional we wanted was plenty comfortable and looked durable.
