I had a balayage done a couple weeks ago and unfortunately received highlights instead. I voiced how I get balayages to avoid the maintenance of highlights. I called the next day to get it corrected but received very poor customer service. The receptionist could not give me an answer and was very unprofessional even after I called again a few hours later. I had to physically go into the salon to get an answer. They could not fit me in for 4 weeks and were going to charge me a fee to fix it, which is not how you treat customers (especially after over $200). Haley was super nice and I was more than

I had an appointment with Haley on 12/26 for balayage. I'd sent her several photos of what I wanted but instead got gray baby lights. She didn't have time to blow dry my hair and instead had the front desk girl dry it, because her next client was there. Haley spent the majority of the appointment gossiping about her co-workers to include a girl who'd just gotten engaged and was faking being out due to a possible Covid exposure. All that aside, I messaged her the next day telling her I wasn't happy, but she couldn't tell me what could be done to fix it. I am not a professional

Thankfully the person who does my hair has found a new salon to work at. I have never in my life experienced a salon with owners and stylists who actively talk about and degrade clients in front of other clients. The two owners made their political opinions very apparent at my last appointment there, which was very unsettling. For a “God centered” salon, you would think the owners would have a more accepting nature about them. I was shocked when they actively attempted to take business from a former stylist and lied, saying she was no longer doing hair, when really she is just no longer working

ReGen is an awesome place with a good vibe! I took both of my boys in for haircuts ages 3 and 7. Hailey Mauldin was their stylist and she was amazing and super good with kids. They both got little gentleman cuts and their hair looked flawless! You could really tell that she went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
