Bill came out to give me a quote the same day I called. Him and his crew came about 1 week later to removed two large trees for us. We felt his price was reasonable and they did a great job! Everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

We lost a 100 year old pine tree on 7/31 (Saturday). We contacted Urban Tree Service on Monday morning & Bill responded right away. He actually came by within minutes to look over the damage & said they could get the tree off the garage and assess the damage. He and his crew worked for about 4 hours cutting and clearing the debris from the yard. The remaining tree & grinding the stump will be finished up later this week.Great job by the whole crew & thanks to Bill for responding so quickly to our emergency! Tony& Kathy Green Bay

Urban Tree Service came out today to cut down a tree, remove and grind stump, and completely trim two other trees. They were here at the exact quoted time and were extremely professional and efficient. Bill did an excellent job cleaning up our overgrown trees and even took off some branches of a forth tree as far up as second story window to ensure it would no longer scrape against the roof and building until we decide to have that one worked on. He and his employee were very friendly, answered questions and completed the entire job quickly. They stayed completely to the price quoted two weeks

Urban recently cut down 14 dead ash trees in my front and back yard. When Bill came to look at them and give me an estimate, he knew right away what his approach would be to get into the fenced-in back yard with minimal damage to my yard and landscaping. His estimate was half the estimate I got from another company. He and his crew were in and out of here in a day and a half. I highly recommend them.

If not, call R&J Tree Service, their Quote was 1/3 of the cost of Urban Tree Service and they were much quicker and so much cleaner than Urban Tree Service.
For some background, I had a large tree I needed cut down and Urban Tree Service gave me a quote to break it up into two jobs. He asked I call him the next year to get it done but I held off and didn’t call him back until the second year. During this two year period I really helped

Bill and his crew removed 9 trees and 10 stumps from my back yard during the final week of September 2020. Everything was fantastic from our first meeting for the on site estimate through job completion. Bill's team was extremely professional with all aspects of the job. Every detail down to minimizing lawn damage and raking up the final leaves was taken care of. I will be calling Urban Tree Service for any future tree service needs.

Very unreliable. Committed to taking two trees down for me and one for the neighbor. Gave an approximate date of July 15th, called him on the 15th and he said he was having trouble getting in touch with WPS to take line down. I called the next day and got right thru and told them the situation And she informed me that it wasn’t true that if a message is left they return all phone calls. Called him and relayed the info and he said he was going to be in the office on Friday and he would try and call. Tried calling him approximately at 2:30 pm and did not answer or return any of my phone calls or
