My daughter, who is a student at ISU, called me in a panic as her car's front end was wobbly and making noises. I had her limp to Discount Tire and they told her it was most likely a CV axle. I checked Yelp and called Accu-Tech. I scheduled an appointment and everything went perfect from there. They explained the work they did to her and nailed the estimate. It's nice to have a trustworthy mechanic so far away from home. Thanks Accu-Tech.

The owner and his son at Accutech have been a pleasure to work with. Two years ago, we had a terrible noise coming from our car when we were traveling through Pocatello. We stayed the night in a hotel in Pocatello because it was late at night and nowhere was open. First thing in the morning we took our car here, and they diagnosed the problem as coming from the belt in our A/C compressor. They clipped the belt to prevent further damage and to stop the noise. Out car was only in this shop for 20-30 minutes, and they charged us $98/hour for labor. So, to have our car here in less amount of time than an oil change, and with almost no work done to our car, we got charged

I had a really good experience when getting a vehicle problem diagnosed. The staff, Jason, was super helpful. The truck broke down on the freeway and we had it towed to accu-tech after hours. The next day, Jason was able to do a quick analysis and give us an estimate. We are from out of town and had to work with him over the phone. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them.

My wife & i were traveling from montana to california. we pulled off to get gas and i had a sensor light pop on.. i ended up calling accu-tech (because of all the reviews) and i spoke to jason. he took the time out & guided me thru to his shop. he guaranteed to squeeze me in asap because i still had to go 1,000 miles to my destination. jason had the part ordered immediately and it delivered within 10 minutes and fixed within an hour. i am very pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and work ethic of this shop. they also came in under quoted price which of course anyone would be ecstatic

Can count on them to diagnose and provide proper repair (review by 25 year resident of Pocatello).
Read the other review by Dee and felt her one star rating due to a diagnostic fee was inappropriate and misleading for this great repair shop. You never want to assume anything about cost of repairs/diagnosis. Always ask and communicate well and there will be less surprises. I've had my four cars serviced by these folks for years and have always had good, professional service performed by Wynn and his mechanics. They diagnose even tough problems well, make repairs for a fair (not cheap) price
