I have file several osha complaints on them for the lack of safety protocol on the richland hills project in manchester. I was flagged down today in the neighborhood by a guy un a truck who got up in my face about spying on him and filing osha complaints. I had to drive off while he was holding on to my side view mirrors. Bthen as I stopped to get a picture of his truck plate he backed up and yelled at me some more. I have lodged a complaint with the sherrifs office as I live across the road and apparently the osha office in Chattanooga has shared my info as to who I am. I will also be contacting

Buyer beware!! Curl Construction built my brand new home in 2019 and 7 others on land that is known for flooding for 20 years. I've had standing water for 6 months. Greg Curl said he would come out and put a swale in then a curtain drain (swale was supposed to have been done when the houses were built per codes dept in city of Manchester) but has yet to do so and that was around Thanksgiving. I've been told by him, his project manager, Blake, and the sellers that this is normal and should have been expected. He says he can't come and fix because...water! When I said I wanted everything in writing
