Ordered a 3AM pickup at a hotel for an international flight. When the drive didn't call 30 minutes early to confirm and then was 5 minutes late I called the number on the reservation. A man who was very clearly dead asleep asked my name and kept mumbling my ride had been cancelled which it clearly had not.
We had to do a mad scramble to get to the airport in time and suffered $125 in airport parking charges. I strongly recommen if you use this service you confirm multiple times before you put your trip at risk.

Excellent service! I rely on Zahid for reliable transportation to and from DFW airport. He’s always on time and I know I can depend on him to get to the airport on time even during the early morning hours. Zahid’s Black SUV is also clean and well maintained. Driver was on time (even a little early), friendly and very professional. Second trip wth Zahid was exceptional as well he is always on time and pleasant. Whether he’s picking us up at 5:00 am or 1:00 am, our experience has always been excellent

I have been using Zee for over 7 years now. He is the best! Always early, never been late. His cars are always clean, reasonably priced, and he has the perfect car for any occasion. He is extremely friendly and accomodating. I definitely recommend him.
