Evan graduated from the University of Georgia and then Emory University law school. He began his career practicing insurance defense law at the one of the largest insurance defense firms in the state. In 2008, Evan joined with Michael to form the law firm Howell & Johnson, LLC for the sole purpose of providing injured people throughout the state of Georgia with quality legal representation.
For over 15 years Michael Johnson has practiced law before the Courts of Georgia. He has dedicated the last ten years of his career representing individuals and families who have been hurt by the negligence of others. Much of Michael's practice involves medical and nursing home negligence, injuries that have occurred through the liability of a land or business owner, and severe auto-mobile collisions.
We represent plaintiffs in nearly every type of personal injury case. Our team of attorneys has extensive insurance industry experience that they use to resolve client matters in beneficial and cost-effective ways. We are seasoned litigators who can employ aggressive negotiation, arbitration and mediation where appropriate, to resolve claims with minimal expense and delay.
Our firm represented a young boy and his family who were dealing with a birth related complications. The young boy required. Our firm has handled numerous forms of nursing home abuse, negligence and malpractice over the last decade. Our client fell at home and required hospitalization for surgery and fall related complications.

We can’t say enough good things about Michael and his team. Very professional and made the process seamless for my wife and I.
