Today, as a branch of the US Printing in Chino, we have come a long way from our earlier days back in the 90's. I remember the very first day we purchased DSL, the back then high-speed internet service. Prior to that was Earthlink internet service with a dial-up connection. This is one of the reasons why I'm saying we've come a long way.

Such bad service!! I contracted US printing to place decals on my vehicle for my business. I purchased up front a complete package that included carbon invoices, contracts, envelopes, business cards, and decals. When it came down to get the decals designed, they kept telling me that they have sent the proof of the project via email. And I never received anything. I kept calling stating that I never received anything and they kept on feeding me the same lie," I already did." Awesome staff!! Giving them a 5 star!!! I was in a rush and heading to my meeting but I needed to get my document printed before I arrived. So I called US Printing and they picked up my call and told me I may go any time and they'd help me to print. They helped me to print a copy of my document thru the email I sent at no charge! Fantastic staff!!! Highly recommended!!!

These guys were really cool and straightforward but now it seems like they lost there people skills Brandon got really upset after I wanted to make one change on my card that they made for me he started yelling at me and saying stuff that doesn't even make sense after years of doing business with them I've decided never to come back here based on Brandon's actions today not to mention every order I've ever placed with them always runs late and their prices are fairly high work is good but it's what we pay for if you want to get treated with aggression and sarcasm and pay

Dents, scratches, just horrible. O YEAH did I mention the color? Hideous!
After contemplating repainting changing the color one of my friends recommended wrapping the car. I ended up searching around my area in San Bernardino and a few shops said that it was way to dented. After looking around I ended up at US Printing in Montclair. The results are just amazing! The detail,the colors,the whole thing is amazing! Look at the before and after pictures! Highly recommended!

So I had an emergency and I needed to photocopy something to send within the hour. This was the closest location to my home and i'm so glad Yelp brought here. I walk in and get greeted by Will. I told him I just needed a basic photocopy and then I had forgotten to bring in my bag with my my whiteout but he said he could use theirs and whatever else I needed to just ask.
After I was done I was like ready to check out. He just jokes like "just what 3 copies? It's all good man. Don't worry about it."

I was looking for a quality place to help me with all my print jobs and stumbled upon US printing in Montclair! I needed some banners done for a few upcoming trade shows. Very friendly staff! I came hear to see if they could wrap my son's doc band and sure enough they did. I showed him the design I wanted thinking it was going to be wayyy over budget of what I wanted to spend but I was wrong. Pricing was very reasonable. Brandon made sure to be in touch via email before approving the final design. We looove how my son's helmet came out.

We had a passing in the family and needed to get some funeral programs done ASAP. We had no idea what to do or where to start, Brandon came up with some samples on the spot to show me. We chose a design and Called me the next day and said it was done. Wow! Can't praise this team anymore.

I've been going to US Printing for a couple years now and I will continue doing so! Brandon has been the one helping me and making sure my stuff gets printed correctly and perfectly.
