Services
The key to our success is in hiring into our family those individuals who share not only our values, but the values of our communities as well. Acento employees go the extra mile to make "home" mean more than simply an address. They are key to the success of our growing firm; taking on multiple roles and responsibilities, while delivering excellence every day.
While we invest nationally, and across office, industrial, retail and multifamily sectors, our niche property management operation focuses on multifamily assets along the eastern seaboard. Acento has historically serviced markets from South Florida to Maryland; however our self-managed multifamily portfolio is currently concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic only.

They are basically slumlords. Our building has a sewage back up, 3 times in one year. We could not leave our homes due to the line being right out side our door. Bathroom overflowing, we had to leave out of window. Today, the same thing. The carpets are ruined and this is the second time in a week. No one us even come to clean our carpets. It’s like living in a 3rd word nation. We called the fire department and they told us to call the health department and a Lawyer. We have all the documentation and videos. Shameful company with no phone number.
