If your care is not urgent, Dr. Starcznski will present several treatment options along with suitable timelines. You have control over your treatment choices.
Crowns, also known as caps, are usually made of a material like porcelain, placed on the top of a tooth. Crowns are typically used to restore a tooth's function and appearance following a restorative procedure such as a root canal. When decay in a tooth has become so advanced that large portions of the tooth must be removed, crowns are often used to restore the tooth.

I have had the pleasure of working in dentistry since 1996. I love building the relationships with the patients and look forward to their next appointment so I can hear all about what has been going on in their lives. It makes me happy when patients call and they are genuinely happy to hear your voice on the phone or excited to see you at their appointments.
Dr. Starcznski is a local to the western suburbs. He graduated from Orono High School and completed his undergraduate degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology at Bemidji State University in 1980. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1984 and completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1985.

I went to Jonathan Dental for the first time today and had a great experience! Jodie at the front greeted me with a smile and helped figure out my paperwork. Dr. Stars and Beth did my cleaning & exam, both were very friendly and my teeth look and feel beautiful! I have had issues with vertigo acting up at the dentist, but when I mentioned it, they were very kind and accommodating. I'm so happy to have found a dental office that puts me at ease!

Dr. Star is a class act. He's warm and thorough, and he surrounds himself with excellent staff at his office at Jonathan Dental. I wrote a longer review for him there. If you're looking for someone who will do what's right instead of recommending excessive dental work which might break the bank, this is your guy. It's always a pleasure heading to his office, and I highly recommend him.
