Apartment units themselves, quite well kept and reasonably spacious. The management, while polite, were often suspect in regards to honesty in service of their customers. Going in and paying the requested amount is rarely an issue, the problem begins when paying something a little more taboo and less simple than normal. In my case the first month's rent at a new unit in the same complex. To some this might sound like human error, but upon several other instances of failure to stay true to their word, I had to raise complaints in my defense, for fear of being ripped off.

I absolutely loved living at The Lofts. :^) It was exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Asheville. Great location- could always get anywhere I wanted around the city in less than 20 minutes! And I always felt super safe in the area. Quiet, extremely well-maintained building. Everyone from custodial/maintenance to the office staff is so friendly and helpful. Best of all, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to have such a great experience! So thankful I got to call The Lofts home and I cannot recommend enough!

I loved living at these beautiful apartments. Perfect for young professionals or couples without kids as they are not really kid friendly. There was a spot that would have been perfect for a play set that just sat bare. Nothing about this place says “raise a family.” But you won’t find a better set of bathtubs anywhere.

About a year ago I rated The Lofts with a one-star review. After a rocky change in ownership (a few times), a lack of professionalism/organization things have changed. I hope they continue the wonderful work they are doing for everyone in the community.
I would like to brag on a few individuals that really work hard here and should be recognized for all of their hard work. Norberto is one of the greatest guys I’ve come across and a super hard worker. He takes pride in everything he does and it shows. Norberto and his crew do a wonderful job for The Lofts. Jamie is incredible and always super
