I ordered a bigger cage for my bird through Amazon and the shipping company was Ceva. Mind you right now my bird is in a cage that's way too small, so I did need this new one to come asap. Anyways it didn't come on the date it was supposed to. I waited an extra day and called Amazon about it. They said my parcel was lost and how they would cancel that order and make me a new one. Customer service is appalling even accounting for omicron and supply chain complications. When our long-awaited furniture order become an almost comical sequence of missing boxes and miscommunication and delay, Ceva representatives could have apologized, offered some explanation--workers out sick, shipments delayed, anything (there are a lot of good reasons for screwing up deliveries going around lately!)--and tried to set it right. Instead they breathed contempt. I feel especially sorry for the delivery guys who have to walk into homes after their customer service reps at headquarters. have poisoned

This company is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. My furniture has been in their warehouse since 11/15/2021 and it was scheduled to be delivered last Friday. I've called the number listed on the website and it is out of service. I've had to call their national customer service line 4 times and all they can do is send an email telling them to contact me in 24 hours which they haven't. This has been a dreadful experience and they are inconsistent and non communicative. I hope Amazon finds another vendor! Seriously!

Horrible company. I purchased an item from a major retailer which was to be shipped by CEVA. They are over a week delayed from the original email I received saying my order was out for delivery. In calling their corporate customer service order to track the order, I was told they couldn't reach the regional office and that I would have to call them myself to have my order located. Complete amateurs. I will never in the future purchase from any retailer any item that will be shipped by CEVA.

One star, albeit that is already a lot considering what CEVA Logistics had put me through. I ordered a table from Overstock which according to CEVA Logistics is about 500lbs (I doubt that very much) and it was shipped November 2 and arrived 4 days later from PA to TEXAS. Now, I have to set up an appointment - first I plotted for the 12th but I have work that day so I rescheduled for the 11th without realizing that it might a holiday for CEVA too. On the 11th, I got an email that the item is 'ready for delivery' but at the bottom of that email is a NOTE: NO DELIVERY TODAY, CALL TO RESCHEDULE

I recently purchased an outdoor sectional from Costco and Ceva was the delivery service. I'd never heard of them so googled and was terrified after reading all the negative reviews. However, my experience couldn't have been better. Delivery guys we're polite and informative and arrived during the scheduled window (and called 30 minutes prior to arriving). And nothing was damaged during transit. Not trying to discredit the negative reviews on here--just wanted to relay that my experience was great.

I had never heard of CEVA until I ordered from MDG, who then use CEVA to ship your order.
If I knew this company was so clueless and careless, I wouldn't have ordered anything from MDG.
CEVA put my order in the wrong truck and shipped it to Miami, FL. The order tracker is an absolute joke, showing it go back and forth from state to state, yet when you contact CEVA they say that they don't actually know where your stuff is.
When I called them, they told me they would locate my products and then call me back.
No one ever called back. So I called them again and no one picks up the phone.

DO NOT TRUST TRACKING INFO. For a logistics company, it seems they really do not know what they are doing. I ordered a couch and followed the tracking info which said it would be delivered on 9/2/2021. I took the day off from work and arranged to have help since they only deliver to the door. No couch. No call. No update to tracking info. On 9/3 I get a call to arrange delivery for 9/7. I will be on a work trip. So now I guess I'm just supposed to leave a couch I paid $1300 for in the hands of a freight company I can't trust until I return??

Horrible awful company. They delayed my oversized delivery for weeks. FOUR times they scheduled a delivery and made me wait around all day just to not show up. Then when they did show up it was totally unannounced. The box arrived in complete shambles. My item had a huge dent in it. Utterly incompetent company. I will literally never work with another business that contracts with CEVA to deliver their products. Ever.

We ordered a $900 couch on July 18th and it was supposed to be delivered august 9th. Well it’s now august 25th and still it hasn’t shown up. I worked at BNA on Eastgate for around 6 years in several positions. I will say the reviews are mixed but a lot is due to there being 5 cevas within one exit of one another and people not understanding where they actually worked (a lot of negative reviews are for the beckwith locations bw1 bw2 & bw3 one exit down). This is the freight management location. Pro-tip if you're with Ceva ground getting a load out and your dispatch says it'll be ready before 5 pm they're lying to you.

Just an absolute horrible experience from the start.
Item was shipped on 4/8/21 Arrived on Atlanta loading dock at 4/12/21 and no one ever called to schedule delivery!
So I finally reached out the 14th and they said they could deliver on the 15th but someone had to be home and sign for it.
So I stayed home and received a notice my delivery time was from 10am till 5pm.
at 4pm I started calling because I was told I would get a 30 minute call ahead so I was going to be proactive since I sat around waiting on my package for 7hrs.
Was on the phone for 35minutes just ringing with no one ever picking

My son worked here for nearly 3 years and it was very unpleasant!!
The disrespect shown by so called supervisors is absolutely un called for. My son ended up on 2 anti depressants just to try to cope with this place. He finally had enough and walked out!! This place needs to get control of the people who are supposed to be making the environment great. Found out the same weekend my son walked out, a couple others did as well and one of those being a supervisor. That should say something right there. This place SUCKS!!!
