I an guarantee that Omland & Osterkorn is an honest company. I requested them to set up an appointment to get a survey for my property last month. The agent took an extra time to go through all the documents regarding my property. Surprisingly, she found me a survey that I was not able to find even when I called the law firm where I did the closing. With the agent's help, I was able to save over $700. I thank Kristen so much for her competence and kindness.

Kiersten did a wonderful job on the initial engineering plan, which was delivered accurately, speedily and precisely. There was also a very fast turnaround time for any revisions that had to be completed to satisfy town requirements. Overall, the service and communication were top-notch. If you ever need a surveyor, I highly recommend Kiersten and this firm!
