Would definitely recommend, very professional and knowledgeable. Literally the most judgement free space you can find. If you are nervous about going to therapy this is the perfect place for you, it’s a calming environment with an experienced therapist. You can talk about all of your problems and there will be no judgement. Would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been in therapy on and off for 25 yrs. I’ve never had a male therapist and wasn’t so sure about it in the beginning. It was strongly advised by my inpatient Dr that I go through EMDR treatment. So I found and contacted Ed about a yr and a 1/2 ago. He has been very helpful, patient and wise. I’ve gone further in my mental health recovery than I have in a long time. I have recommended him to my friends and to anyone who struggles with trust.

I wouldn’t recommend this counselor. He puts his values on you, and clearly sees women as inferior—comes off very patronizing. He didn’t validate my feelings at all. Some quotes from our first and only session: “you seem like a smart girl” “I don’t know what your scriptures say, but MY bible...(something about condemning divorce).” Clearly not super comfortable with the fact that I am a different religion. Also, sent me a bill for services I had already paid for (which I called about to verify that I had already paid), so not a lot of confidence in his accounting.
