My name is Kathy and a friend recommended Jesse to me and he was chosen to be my realtor. He met with me and laid out a personal plan for my situation, my home would not be ready for 6 months. The phases set up were threefold. The first phase was marketing. By the end of the first phase we had a party that was interested in the purchase of the home after viewing it.
