This guy has no idea what he’s doing. A relative of mine brought their engagement ring to get it resized and the owner broke the prongs off, which was holding the diamond... and then on a seperate occasion I brought an expensive watch here, to get help with resizing the stainless steel bracelet and he broke the bracelet... this guy is terrible and totally inexperienced.
