At JAG Healthcare Marion we are passionate about providing personalized, full-service care for our residents in a homelike setting. Our layout boasts three large hallways, one of which contains all private rooms with private baths. A cozy dining room/activity area is centrally located for easy access.

JAG Orrville specializes in short term rehabilitation, with a focus on maximum functional gain for long-term sustainability in the home. We have a fully secured facility with magnetic self locking doors that are monitored 24 hours a day.
JAG Healthcare Wooster is a 42 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility focused on serving those with Cognitive Deficit and Behavioral Health care needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, stable and comfortable environment for our residents through an interactive approach based on balancing the medical and mental health aspects of care.
