To be sure that client and architect are on the same page, we do not accept retainer until we have done a preliminary zoning analysis and site evaluation, have developed a scope of work, and written a formal agreement.We check the legality of everything you want to accomplish to ensure that the proposed solutions will be approved by local governing authorities.
