I did an online inquiry and was contacted very soon thereafter to be scheduled for a cleaning. The process was seamless. The quality of the work lives up to its name. The carpet and couches are PRISTINE. I have used 4 separate carpet cleaners in the last 2-3 years including very bad experiences with Stanley Steemer. I give Pristine Clean a 10/10 and look forward to working with them in the future!

Mark is incredible. He has a web portal that makes everything easy to track, communicates well over the phone and texting, he was on time to the minute, he’s a joy to be around and finally, my old stained carpet looks brand new in very little time. The prices are incredibly fair and he lives right down the street in Royal Oak. Look no further, here’s your steam cleaner!

I am extremely pleased pleased with Pristine Clean. My carpet hasn't been cleaned in a few years, because I didn't know who to hire. I am delighted with the job that Pristine Clean did, my carpet looks better than it has in a very long time. He worked hard, and when he left, it looked almost like new, at 15 years of traffic . Now that its dry, it remains looking exremely good. I will have him clean my carpeting from now on!
