Intentional Fitness Sports Performance (INTFIT) is a training facility for anyone wanting something different in their typical training routine or fitness program. My boyfriend and I do personal training sessions together 2 - 3 times a week. We needed something different and Ruben always changes it up keeping us challenged and motivated. We LOVE coming to intentional fitness.

I’m the type of person that needs someone to push me and help me believe in myself and Ruben did more than that! Working out in a small group was fun and competitive so waking up early for the 5:00am class was easy. It is a fun place to train! The workouts change daily so it never becomes a monotonous routine! It has improved my overall performance (a long distance runner) and has added variety (such as cross training) for an individual that thought logging long miles was enough! Highly recommend it!
