As a team we are dedicated to the following "CARE" VALUES and strive to make these values evident in our everyday practice and personal lives.
Primary care is a combination of health promotion, health maintenance, health counseling, disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. According to research studies, those that participate in preventative health care by having screenings and annual exams have better overall health outcomes and fewer hospitalizations.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new doctor for my family. Natalie had pretty good reviews so I decided to try things with her. From my first contact with them, they blew me away. I had reached out to a few clinics for more information and Natalies team was the ONLY ones to come back with more than 1 sentence. Scheduling the appointments were a breeze. We walked into the clinic and were greeted promptly by yet another outstanding gal. The wait was short, and we were taken back. Vitals were done quickly, and she was friendly with my small kids. Normally by the time we make it to the room

Natalie and her Staff are very caring and compassionate to each patient. She always strives to go the extra mile in her care and that’s what I love most about her, she truly cares and listens. I can’t say enough about her. She is wonderful, and even with the stress and chaos of a Pandemic she makes sure she makes you feel important and comfortable.

This facility is fantastic and has a staff that really takes their time to help you. Patricia Frazier. took great care of my husband who has been suffering for 15 years. She did everything that she should do and now we feel like we are on the road to having less pain and suffering. They have amazing bedside manner and are full of self-care advice to help patients know how to care for themselves. I honestly was surprised to find such a high quality place in a county that doesn’t offer very much quality healthcare.

The staff was amazing. My son had to have a COVID test for a surgery he had coming up. They made the experience so great for him. They were so sweet and caring and took time to make sure he wasn't scared. They actually listened to him and made him feel so comfortable. Going to the doctor's can be scary for kids but they made it so easy for him. If I could I'd rate them even higher!

Everyone that works at Houston County Family Medical are very nice and professional. I’ve been there multiple times and I have never had to wait long. Natalie is very knowledgeable, very kind , listens to every thing I need to tell her and answers all my questions. All of the nurses and staff in the office were very helpful. Houston county is blessed to have such a caring nurse practitioner like Natalie!
