Services
I like to think that I am much more than a photographer; I aim to build lasting friendships with my clients and take the time to invest in you, your family, and your sessions. Family is everything and I want to capture the love + warmth of your most joyous days. The soft, wrinkly skin of a newborn, the budding bellies that are growing them, and their first hours after being born are the some of the sweetest moments.
Here at SamiM Photography, we offer the highest quality prints and products that are meant to stand the test of time. Made of gorgeous archival materials, each product is meant to be displayed on your wall, a shelf, or on your coffee table. Professional archival prints are available from the smallest wallet size up to a gorgeous large 3040 print.
Sami is an outstanding photographer and newborn wrangler! She handled 3 sleep deprived adults and sleepy newborn with kindness and poise. Sami did not mind the inconveniences of working with a newborn (lots of poops, eating breaks, ect) and even drove me to heat up a bottle of breast milk when I needed.
All portrait sessions (except studio sessions or fresh 48 hospital sessions) are photographed in the evening about 1 hour before sunset for optimal lighting - the time frame of this will depend upon the season and the sun. We will discuss this more in detail when we book your session. With maternity sessions, the actual time-frame that this session takes place during a pregnancy depends on the mother's preference.
I want your session to be laid-back and FUN! I want to see the snuggles and the laughs. I want to see the love between you and your significant other - that flame and spark that you had at the beginning of your relationship. I promise, it is not all about the eye contact with my camera.it is those little moments in between.
