BEWARE. Had decided not to write a review, as miscommunications happen and wanted to give my stylist the benefit of the doubt. However upon closer inspection, I've realized that one side of my hair is about an inch longer than the other. Came in asking for about an inch off the bottom, and minimal layering in the bottom inch or two. I very explicitly explained that I have been growing out my hair for years, and only wanted enough taken off to clean up the ends. Had hair color done with Kann. She really knows what she's doing. My hair color was reddish and brassy, basically it dint look good at all. I don't even know what color it is. She fixed it by adding highlights and tone my hair to blend with the old color. She also recommended me to get a hair treatment which I did. My hair now is looking so good and much healthier than before. Wish I have a before picture to show here. But anyways I'm very happy with my hair today. Thank you.

Been a customer for a long time. Been having trouble with uneven cuts. 3 of the last 4 cuts have been uneven and won't lay correctly. My cut 3 days ago is the worst yet. I called to cancel my next appointment and see if I could get some help fixing my mess and schedule an appointment with a different stylist for the future. But I was asked what week I would like to schedule and no offer for help today getting my hair repaired. Very disappointing! Yes I wanted to reschedule a future appointment but I need help now. I did not have a good experience here. I saw Michelle for hair for the 4th time. I find her area and personal habits to be quite dirty. She just doesn't seem to care about her work or the quality of it and over-shares her own personal details. I didn't come into hear about the drama going on in her life. The cut and color was ok- nothing special. I will not be back.

As a guy, there are a million places you can probably get your haircut. Do yourself a favor and skip the other 999,999 and go to BreCyn. You'll be greeted by a warm & friendly smile. Your stylist will see you promptly (unlike some barbershops I've been to that make me wait for 10-15 minutes after my appointment -- TIME IS MONEY, guys!). Your highly-trained professional will actually ask you what you'd like... and make some recommendations of their own if you're up for it. I got my hair done at Gene Juarez a few days ago and they completely botched it. My best friend referred me to Emily at Brecyn Salon and OMG, I am never going anywhere else again! She was able to fix my hair and make me feel beautiful again and I am extremely grateful. The salon is a super clean, super calming environment. Emily talked through the whole process explaining what she was doing and it calmed me down quite a bit since we all know how hard it is to trust after getting your hair botched. I very much recommend this place and this is my go to salon from here on out. Thank you Emily!! Already

Security conscious buyer beware, they now require your credit card to hold an appt.
Granted I come from a background in cyber investigation, which makes me more conscious then people who haven't worked in that business. However, asking patrons to trust you have your security in place, without any thought to what you're asking for, to give YOU peace of mind is not worth my data at security.

So first let me say-- Alayna is amazing, and if it weren't for her, I don't think I would go back here. I have had great experiences here with Alayna every time. There are also other ladies here who do a decent job.
However- I was disappointed to see that the salon had begun asking for your credit card information when you book so they can charge you if you are a no show. I came in on Halloween to see Wendy. I had an appointment originally scheduled with Someone else but this worked better for my schedule.
I am super picky about my hair and I have been disappointed the last few times I have gotten my hair colored (not here) do I explained this to Wendy and she was very kind, personable, professional and down to earth. Aside from the amazing color she did on my hair, I really enjoyed talking to her. I will definitely be back to request Wendy. Thank you!!

Never kept my appt. Didn't not feel genuine customer service from staff. I have short hair and they kept trying to get me to go from a $45 stylist to a $60 stylist. A pic of my hair is posted. No way would I ever spend that much for my cut. I now get it done for $25 and an totally in love with my stylist!

I had a balayage by Sydelle. Firstly, I would give 5 stars to their customer support, the owner was really amazing at reaching out and giving a solution. But unfortunately I didn't get what I went in for.
So I booked the appointment online and it showed a 3 hour appointment, I went for my appointment and showed the picture that I wanted on my hair. She told me that it can't be done in this time frame and I have to come some other time if I want that style, which I was okay with, then she said she could talk to the next client to reschedule, which I believe what happened cuz I spent around

After a consultation for balayage, for my wedding, I made an appt with the owner for just prior to the big day, as recommended. The week before, the receptionist called and said I'd have to reschedule, as the owner needed to cover the front desk that day. My first visit was last Friday. Senior Stylist Debbie took her time with me; we must have chatted for 15 minutes before shampooing. Best haircut I've had in many years. The cut is perfect for my hair type (fine and curly) perfect for five minute styling. I kinda hate doing my hair in the mornings...

I usually don't take the time to write reviews - especially negative ones but I feel that when you pay over $200 for something and pretty much get nothing back, you should warn others about it. This place came highly recommended to me since I was looking to change my look and get a balayage. I ended up paying $235 and as you can see in my picture you BARELY can see it. The stylist was sweet and nice, but for the most part she wouldn't listen to me.. I specifically told her I was thinking on the inverted bob since I had it before and is a great style for me. I could've been writing a nice review but sorry, no. This place is a scam! I called in to ask about the shampoo + blowout service and specifically asked for the pricing and if it included curls. I was told yes, it's shampoo, blow drying, and styling -however you want to curl or style your hair all for whats on the website, $36. Well that seemed reasonable for me so I scheduled an appointment for the next day.

I've been going to this salon for 3 years now and absolutely love it! Making appointments is easy and the salon is flexible. There is plenty of parking and the salon is easy to get to in a convenient area.
I'm the type of person who stays on top of my hair. I regularly get it cut and colored and Emily always does a fantastic job. From her fabulous color and cut to the styling, I've never been disappointed.
