I have an appointment to have my snow tires changed over. I wait an hour and a half. I ask Roger is my car ready. He fumbles around, calls out back. Nope car not ready. Oops he finds my key under the counter. He never gave the guys out back my key. So he makes up this story about how backed up they are because of yesterday’s massive 1 inch snowstorm. Roger, why not apologize and tell me the truth that you forgot about me. Honesty would have been better than a lie. I took my key and left.

Wow! I called for an emergency front end alignment and I got there early and they took me right in! Friendly service! Family environment! Enjoyable experience! Best place around to get tires done! Their price was lower than TireRack by $250-$300 and lower than Town Fair by well over $100. Great fast service, I was in and out in less than an hour with multiple cars in at the same time. Also really great that they help out the community carrying calendars which all the proceeds from benefit the local food bank!!

Route 10 tire beats the big tire companies and you get the straight facts from the owner. The first time I met Roger, I could see he was customer focused. We discussed the pros and cons of each tire based on my driving. The man knows his products. Plus if you ever have a problem, there is no excuses. Roger wants satisfied customer. My family has purchased at least (4) sets of tires from Route 10.

Had 4 tires put on my RAV 4 and was more than pleased. Total job took under an hour. By the time I got the Roku tv working the job was done. :)
Price was better than that "Big tire chain", even though they would have matched Rt 10's price.... I don't play that game. I've gotten tires from Rt 10 before and had a great experience then as well. Recommended.....

Showed up on a Monday morning with a flat tire. Not only did they get me back on the road in an hour, they explained how they repaired it and didn't even charge me! Best way to start what could've been a miserable week. Today was my first visit but won't be my last, I plan to use them for all my tire needs after today! Thanks!
