The technicians arrived on time. I appreciated their use of face masks. They were courteous and professional. They handled and replaced furnishings with care, and protected the floor every inch of the way. Installation was so quiet I was able to take a nap! My new system and thermostat are running smoothly.

I can't adequately express how easy this company is to work with. Dee got Bertin to my house the day after I called to get us a very reasonable quote. A few days later we had our brand new system up and running. From start to finish it was a great experience and I'm so thankful to now have a company I can rely on for any of my future HVAC needs. 🤗
