Jim Moody was hired by a third party to sell my house, I was so impressed by his straightforwardness, knowledge and honesty that I decided to go through him and his company to purchase a house also. He listened to me as I described what I was looking for and the budget I had to work with. Not much was available that fit my criteria but when one did open up, he called me immediately and helped me evaluate the good and bad about the house. I highly reccomend Jim & his company.

Jim and his wife are great people to work with both will go out of there way to help every chance they get no matter how much you can or can't spend on a house he will not miss lead you he is honest and hard working realitor and always just a phone call away I would recommend all around reality to anyone that is wanting to buy a house
