Founded in 2010 by experienced Physical Therapist, Blase Strobl, Core Physical Therapy is designed to provide local communities with a welcoming and effective physical therapy clinic focused on each patient's individual needs. Core Physical Therapy, LLC strives to create an inclusive and relaxing atmosphere to treat patients from nearby areas, including, Janesville, Brodhead, Oregon and Stoughton.
Core Physical Therapy in Evansville, WI, offers a wide range of specialized services to help decrease pain and restore your normal level of activity. You may benefit from dry needling if you have neck, back or shoulder pain, arm pain, headaches, jaw pain, fibromyalgia or osteoarthritis of the joints or temporomandibular disorder (TMJ) among other conditions.
Upon your first visit to Core Physical Therapy in Evansville, WI, you can expect to be welcomed into our comforting, relaxing clinic where we will start by conducting a thorough evaluation of your condition and listen to your concerns and goals. Keep in mind that you can visit us with or without a doctor's referral in your insurance allows.

You can't find better care than Core Physical Therapy. The staff takes time to really make you feel your care is important to them. They encourage you to do your part , home exercise, to make a successful recovery.

After a severe injury in jujitsu in 2006 (displaced SI joint, ruptured L5S1 disc) I was in pain for years. I was on morphine, you name it, and weighed about 200 pounds. I had been to the spine clinic, UW Physical Therapy and sports medicine, and was resigned to a life of pain and inactivity. Nothing helped. Finally one day in 2011 I just got sick of it and started running, a mile at a time. I was in a lot of pain. I won a free consult to Core in a local business raffle and cashed it in. I am 50, female and exercise daily - running, MMA and yoga. I contacted Core PT because I was having some pain issues related to my exercise. I chose to get a good set of marching orders in a single appointment rather than having to schedule several appointments knowing that it would be a lot to cover but hopeful because I'd heard really good things about Core.
Blase was very thorough in looking for root causes and suggested several steps I could take. I haven't been able to incorporate all of his suggestions as yet but I have already worked some of them into my routines and am experiencing noticeably
