Pleasant and Very Professional. Fixed my security door and my front door plus made copies of a couple of my other keys. Had all the needed tools and materials on her truck - none of the normal "I gotta run to Home Depot and get such and such!" Corrected lock mistakes made before I bought my house. Left no mess. She's great!

I needed the locks re-keyed on a new house. She was on time and wore a mask the whole time. She was nice, except for the disparaging comments she made about a someone who left a bad review a while back. Honestly, that's why it's taken me so long to write a review. I was worried about being the next customer she talks badly about.
Anyway, she did a good job. I need another lock re-keyed, but will shop around. Her prices are really high.

We used the Lock Lady to install new locks and re key our entire house. She was knowledgeable and fixed everything better than I even expected. Laura was incredible. I bought my house and was delayed in getting it rekeyed. I finally got around to it and she was recommended by my realtor. She came out a few hours after I called and was quick and efficient in changing every lock and making sure I was safe in my home. She took extra measures she didn't have to for my benefit and I am incredibly grateful!
