Laptop Repair Denver did an awesome job fixing my Mac. After taking my Mac to the first computer repair company and being told it needed a new motherboard; I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Laptop Repair Denver. So glad I did! It was not the motherboard after all, so what would have been a $800.00 fix became a $150.00 fix! Laptop Repair Denver was also very fast in their response and with the repair. Back casing of my laptop was bent, preventing it from closing. Repair shop was able to bend it back into place for a minimum fee. No need to replace anything. It took longer than I expected it would and I had to scramble for a loaner, but otherwise service was great and communication was very clear.

They were the most courteous, professional people I have ever worked with. They understood my problems and needs for my Laptop to work again. I told them the problem I was having with my Laptop and they
took my Laptop, did an evaluation on it and gave me options what they could do to fix the problem. They kept me informed, via, email the whole time they had it. Great dealings with the whole team from start to finish, they kept me up to date on exact pricing along with multiple different fix options for my budget. Also, they gave me a loan lap top whilst doing the fix so I could continue with my consulting work. Being new to Denver, I will actively seek them out next time I have IT issues.

The staff at Laptop Repair Denver were fantastic to deal with. I took my son's laptop there after my son went to Best Buy and they told him it would be 3 weeks and most likely $300 to fix. Laptop Repair repaired it in two days and for half the price. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

Great experience! After a my power went out in a storm, my PC stopped working. Laptop Repair had fixed my son's laptop a couple of years ago, so I reached out to see if they did PC repairs and they do. Unfortunately my motherboard was toast, but they had a refurbished PC for a great price that I was able to purchase, and they transferred everything from my old PC to the new one; when I logged on after taking it home it looked exactly the same, bookmarks and all!
They kept me informed along the way, and were very responsive to my many questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.
