Doug was great! Friendly and professional. My carpet is about 10 years old, had spots/stains. Was starting to buckle in a few spots. I called Doug he came out in two days, gave me an estimate that was reasonable. He came out the following week, stretched a few areas and re-tacked them. Cleaned everything and got out all the spots. It looks great and will service at least a few more years. I would highly recommend.

Needed to have a couple of rooms carpet cleaned to get it ready to put the house on the market. They picked up the first time I called and we had it scheduled for a few days later. They were right on time and did a great job. And amidst the COVID 19, took all appropriate precautions. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

We hired him to clean our newly leased store front. It had years of yucky build-up and we considered tearing out the carpets. Doug asked for a chance to clean them, and did he ever. My germaphobe wife is delighted (and so I). And we saved a bundle!
