After hearing tons of horror stories and warnings about building a home, we were pleasantly surprised with the whole process. Stacy kept us up to date on everything that was happening and sent pictures when big events happened. After closing, Stacy and David have been stand up guys. Everything we have brought to their attention has been handled without complaint and fixed. Their contractors have all been very nice and easy to work with. We walked away from this feeling like friends rather than customers which says a lot these days. I wouldn't hesitate to build with Banner again, or recommend them

Stacy and David made the building a pleasant experience. They are very easy to work with, and are open to different options we had. We had to change many things back and forth, and they were very patient with us. The quality of the work and building material is high. After moving in, Stacy got all the little things that we found fixed quickly. They are wonderful builders with beautiful models. I would build with Banner again, and I would recommend them to my friends.

Such a wonderful builder and a wonderful home! This process could not have been made any smoother than the team at Banner made it for me and my family. They dealt with all of my crazy requests and went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone I know building a house.
