They had my car for over a month and still till this day stay I have not received my vehicle back nor have I received a helpful update regarding my car. Every time I call I get the same answers From Ramon " It should have been here by now" or "it's on backorder" and let not forget " it's on the way it should be here by....." . He constantly flip flops between the two. You can't back order something thats already on the way. This is ridiculous I am so inconvenience.They don't even have loner vehicles or even a voucher for a rental And all the rentals are rented out in my area so now I am having

Every employee that I encountered at Dyer Collision was professional and friendly and My experience was as pleasant as it could be when bringing a car in for repairs. A very large tree branch fell a tree fell from a tree as I was driving down a country road shattering my windshield and doing considerable damage to my Subaru.

Super fast service once they received the part for my vehicle. It only took two days for them to color match and paint my new bumper. Mr Soesbe was very pleasant and efficient. The place is very clean on the inside and outside of the building. it does not look like many other collision centers I've seen that look like junk yards. All of the folks at Dyer Collision are professionals, from the minute you walk through the front door. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received.

Wayne and Phil at Dyer Collision were great to work with on getting my truck repaired along with being very knowledgeable. This was my first experience dealing with insurance repairs. I was rear-ended and the following day drove it to Dyer Collision to have an estimate completed along with additional picture documentation for the insurance company. They went above and beyond and sent it to the person who hit me insurance company (USAA) so they could complete their virtual estimate.
