Why do other flat fee listing companies offer you different priced packages to sell your house? Unless you purchase their most expensive package, which can cost between $600 - $1,000, these companies are selling you a package that they know doesn't include everything you need to sell your home. Why would they sell you packages that don't give you the best opportunity to sell your home quickly and for the highest price?
So how does a Flat Fee Listing Service work and how does it save you money? Most "full-service" listing agents that charge sellers 5 - 6% of the purchase price to represent them simply have the seller complete a questionnaire, have professional photographs taken at the property, list the property on the MLS and other real estate sites, and wait for the buyers and offers to roll in.

I would recommend CityGate to anyone who is considering selling their home by owner. I originally was just looking for a listing company to simply get my house on MLS. CityGate's flat rate pricing was very competitive but what sets them apart is all the extra values. They even included very professional photograghy of our home and offered exceptional realtor representation for us. With an agent on our side to handle the communication with the buyer's side definitely reduced the stress of for sale by owner. We were so lucky to have Garrett as our agent.
