I have lived here at The Preserve since October 2019 and as a retiree, I feel extremely safe any time night or day. The Management Team (Treasure, Annaliese, Brad & David, and the gentleman who drives the golf cart and makes sure the grounds look pristine) are always responsive to questions or need for some help, no matter how big or small. I have met some lovely people here and have enjoyed the Breakfast social, the Fire pit gatherings, taking walks around the grounds and using the pool. Nothing has been over-crowded and I am excited for everything to re-open. I have had absolutely ZERO issues

I’ve lived at The Preserve since they opened 2 years ago. It’s by FAR the nicest complex in Morehead city, and no other complex in the area even comes close. Treasure is such a hard working manager who actually listens to whatever concerns you have and FIXES them. I’ve lived in Morehead most of my life and have lived at several apartment complexes in the area and NOTHING COMES CLOSE.
If you want a family-oriented living space with friendly people, high-quality amenities, and in an amazing location, look no further!! 😄

Completely disagree with the one other reviewer. I've been living there since last October. Good location. The apartments are comfortable and the appliances work fine. Everything is brand new. All you have to do is ask the staff and they will help you turn on the free cable and free wireless. Took like five minutes.The gym is nice, and the equipment is brand new. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. If you don't want to follow the rules, find another place to live. Only reason I haven't given it five stars is because some of the other tenants do make some noise from time to

If I could give 0 stars I would. The price is outrageous and none of the amenities work. A few members of the staff are incredibly rude. Maintenance requests take weeks to resolve if even answered in the first place. The gym is tiny and is often locked so you can't get in after hours. I pay a lot of money for the extras aka smart features here that don't even work and no discount has been offered. Cable is included but only one cable box is allowed so you can only have it in one room. Overall..way overpriced. I'm surprised I am the first to review because many other tenants are saying
