Highly recommended. They helped us out towing a loaded tractor trailer over 100 miles down to the state line. From dispatch to end of tow to billing, very professional and courteous. Happy with their rates too.

We were returning from a trip to Bend OR hauling a 38 ft RV when our truck broke down on I-5 a little south of Elk and we had to pull over on an big upslope curve with huge trucks whizzing by. We tried to get help from Good Sam and AAA, but got either an incorrect response (that a tow would be arriving within an hour or so - which never happened- or never got a connection at all). Finally called 911 (by then it was after 8 pm) who connected us to the Hwy Patrol, who found Caveman Towing for us in Grants Pass. Zero stars. negative stars if i could. quoting me $140 dollars to tow my vehicle 1.8 miles. get the heck out of here with that garbage! what a complete joke. you're supposed to be in the business of helping people... not bending them over and railing them for every penny they have. then you complain to me on the phone "well i gotta come from far away up on the north side of town so thats why its so expensive"... i got news for ya pal, your location is exactly 5 miles from where i was broken down at. a 10 minute drive is not far by any means. your job is to help the customer, help

Hello everyone on Saturday March 21 2020 I had a flat tire just before Grants Pass, Oregon. I rode my bike to Les Schwab where I met tow truck driver Mike Hydorn. Unfamiliar what to do in this situation since… this was my 1st flat ever while on the road. Mike was professional and courteous and walked me through the steps. We contacted the nearest HD dealership and gave them my ESP number and Mike towed my bike to the dealership. Mike was very careful and assuring and professional while handling my 2018 Ultra Limited while he loaded my bike and strapped it down and drove to the nearest HD

Caveman towing is fast, efficient, and super friendly. They came right away when we needed them (out of town!!!) with their big tow truck to lift our heavy duty truck! Being towed is an especially awkward situation and aside from getting us out from blocking a lane of unhappy traffic, they got our truck dropped off right away where it needed to go for repairs. They are the first towing company I recommend to ANYONE & EVERYONE. Fair pricing and completely capable, these guy are top-notch!

I was passing through when my battery light came on in the pass. I called around for a tow because on a truck with over 250,000 miles, I didn't want to chance the electrical cutting out.

Caveman towing was friendly and professional. The truck showed up much faster than I was quoted and the process was quick. Butch was friendly and helpful. He got me, the dog, and the truck to a good shop at a safe but quick pace. I would definitely call them again if I needed them.

Problems were dealt with respectively. A wrong decision was made, but I respect the driver mike a lot for making sure things were right, and things were cleaned up to our satisfaction, it’s been a long weekend and I know people are trying to enjoy theres, just want to say thank you for John and crew for making things right. Extremely overpriced. Over 1300 dollars to get my bus remove from a stuck position on a driveway. Didn't even used a truck, all they used was wood blocks to get me out. Could understand a little pricey but 1300 dollars? Way over priced. Totally taking advantage of a commercial bus company.

Our motorhome driveline was about to fail when we arrived in Canyonville Oregon. The Peterson CAT shop in Medford recommended Caveman Towing and they did a great job, arriving promptly, and the driver worked hard to remove the damaged driveline for towing. It was a difficult task, but he was patient and got our 40-foot rig in tow and back to Medford. Thanks for helping us get to where we needed to be for a knowledgeable repair shop quickly and safely. Thanks to Ron from Caveman Towing for coming so quickly on Friday July 29th. Ron offered to take a look and see if he could get my vehicle started rather than towing. He got it started and I was able to get home quickly. In 100+ weather, this was appreciated.
