Universal Home Health Care Inc. is a licensed home health care agency serving Eastern Wisconsin since 2005. We provide in-home personal care and supporting care to clients from children to seniors who are physically and cognitively challenged. We're proud to be a part of the WPSA, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to personal care and other community-based in-home care providers.
Services
Our registered nurse will come to your home to complete a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment to establish an individualized plan of care for you in collaboration with family members and other multidisciplinary teams involved with your care. You will have an RN case manager that will continue to meet with you and family to reevaluate your plan of care to ensure your needs are being met.
The staff at Universal Home Health Care are really nice to my grandmother. She had a stroke and is unable to care for herself.
