I needed a full web redesign, branding redesign and social media marketing. After going back and forth with them, I just decided to stick with the logos I already have because their options were so.. bad. After that they never inquired about any of the other services I needed, in fact turning me down for an entire web redesign. They also kept reiterating "because we are doing you a favor.." Favor?? I paid for services.. When in reality, I left with what i started with except they helped me choose 2 colors. Their whole vibe is just very.. lack luster and uncreative. I think it really came

Not very good customer service or SEO. They boast the 1,500+ clients they have but when I visit I only see maybe 8-10 employees. The math doesn't add up. Save your money, go elsewhere. Find someone who is a specialist that'll actually work on your stuff instead of this place that'll just outsource it and charge you like they're doing it.

I have never work with a more unprofessional company in all my life. I can never get a hold of anybody and when I try, I get an email asking me to make an appointment for a callback in about a week. They send bills for things they have not explained to me, and when I ask about it, they don't answer my questions, they just want to know how I am paying for their "service." Horrible.

If I can give this company a minus star review I would. I must warn you that if you ever sign up with this company you would be chewed up by a guy who is extremely unprofessional ad rude by the name of Eric Van Cleave. I am so glad I no longer have to deal with them. I had problems getting hold of a person to answer a question regarding the service that I was paying Zenergy for. After calling, sending emails and waiting at least 5 days no one contacted me back.I asked to be transferred to Eric thinking he can direct me to the right person but shockingly he ended up yelling from the top of his lungs

I met the staff from Zenergy in early 2009. Their hard work has put us on the "Google" map.
